ASSOCIATE COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and other communications.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Scheduling Appointments.
• Processing invoices for payment
• Ability to understand Business Development Team needs, discern the best solution for achieving team goals
• Assist Business Development Reps with preparing quotes, proposals, and customer outreach
• Complete and submit quote requests and other project documents
• Maintain Company licensing
• Maintain compliance for workers comp monthly
• Run Payroll Weekly
• Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
• Create designs for social media in Canva
• Weekly Post on LinkedIn and social sites such as Facebook
• Weekly Create compelling email campaigns to send to customer list
• Create Blog posts monthly
• Ability to understand customer requirements, discern the best solution for achieving client goals, while satisfying customer requirements
• Editing RFP responses for accuracy
• Ability to build proposals to spec
• Learn how solar works
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Assist with HR functions such as job posting and setting up interviews for team members
• Create and maintain database of, pictures, projects, resumes and other reference materials
• Be a team member helping with project management and transitions from prospect to job.
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Especially Word and Excel)
• Must be detail oriented, have multitasking abilities, handle tight, time-sensitive deadlines
