• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills

• Experience in civic-focused urban development, equity-driven design, and strategic planning
• Familiarity with business development activities (proposals, client interface)

Experience: Minimum 6 years (BA/BS) or equivalent, with 10 years preferred in relevant urban development roles
