The Role: Hard Landscaping Foreman

Our client are seeking an experienced Hard Landscaping Foreman with strong multi-trade skills to join the team for design and build projects. You will be responsible for constructing premium gardens from design through to the final touches while leading a team to execute plans efficiently and to the highest standards., * Lead and manage landscaping teams on-site
• Oversee large-scale design and build projects
• Ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes
• Interpret and implement detailed design plans
• Maintain strong communication with clients and the office
• Ensure high-quality workmanship across all landscaping elements
• Proven experience as a hard landscaper
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to direct a team to complete work within strict deadlines
• Strong horticultural knowledge
• Multi-trade construction experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in liaising with clients on-site
• Time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of landscaping features such as water features, fencing, garden rooms, paving, irrigation, and walling
• General maintenance knowledge
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Proficiency in navigating digital systems
