3D Print Technician

Concordis is seeking a 3D Print Technician in Redmond, WA. Responsibilities include cleaning parts, distributing them, operating printers, performing machine maintenance, and maintaining lab cleanliness. Additional skills in data processing for 3D print builds are a plus. This is a contractor position and does not require a degree.
Primary Responsibilities:

Part Cleaning: clean parts per the General Cleaning Procedures worksheet

Part Delivery: distribute parts per the Part Distribution Procedures worksheet

Other Tasks:

Printer Operation: resume paused/crashed builds and kick off prepared morning builds as necessary to ensure timely delivery of parts

Machine Maintenance: assist in the basic maintenance of the 3D printers including but not limited to head wipes, full head cleaning, print head replacement and general upkeep per the maintenance schedule.

Housekeeping: responsible for the overall cleanliness of the RP Lab including weekly sweeping, mopping and machine wipe downs

Data processing: process and setup of daily and overnight 3D print builds a plus
