Design and executecomprehensive carbon management strategies to achieve net-zerogoals. 2. Lead carbon footprint assessments across Scope 1, 2, and3 emissions, identifying reduction opportunities. 3. Ensure fullcompliance with European and international sustainabilitystandards, including GHG Protocol and ISO 14064. 4. Collaboratewith internal and external stakeholders to embed sustainabilitywithin operations and supply chains. 5. Innovate through theadoption of cutting-edge low-carbon technologies and renewableenergy projects. 6. Represent the company in sustainability forums,engaging with industry leaders and policymakers to shape the carbonagenda. 7. Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering aculture of collaboration and innovation. What You’ll Need 1. 10+years of experience in carbon management, sustainability, or arelated field, preferably in the energy sector. 2. Deepunderstanding of carbon accounting, emissions trading schemes, andclimate action frameworks. 3. Proven track record in leadingcross-functional teams and driving measurable outcomes. 4. A degreein Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or relatedfields; advanced qualifications are a plus. 5. Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders atall levels. 6. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Danishor German is an advantage. What’s on Offer 1.
