2nd Shift Manager / Environmental Services / Full Time

Catawba Valley Health System is seeking a 2nd Shift Manager for Environmental Services in Burnsville, NC. JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of Performance Expectations:

Plans, organizes, and manages work activities of Environmental Services personnel to ensure clean, sanitary, orderly, and attractive conditions in the medical center. Plans and assigns job tasks for direct reports in accordance with daily needs and schedule. Participates in schedule and process planning to assure sanitation standards are consistently met. Collaborates with organization leadership regarding environmental services.

Education & Credentials:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience:

Required

Three years of related experience. Demonstrated supervisory potential. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the position within three months of employment date.
