Altium Packaging LP is seeking a 2026 Sustainability/Business Acceleration Intern in Atlanta, GA. The role involves supporting marketing and strategy teams on projects related to GHG emissions mitigation, sustainability performance, and content creation for social media. We are seeking a dynamic Intern to support key business initiatives and growth. We are looking for someone who can step in on day one and make an immediate impact. The internship is designed to give you the opportunity to work directly with the marketing and strategy teams on projects such as: Develop and monitor a comprehensive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions mitigation plan in collaboration with Operations and other key stakeholders. Create and refine metrics for GHG reduction performance, leveraging data from energy efficiency and clean energy projects. Identify and evaluate additional opportunities to improve Altium’s Sustainability performance. Design consolidated reporting formats to track and communicate GHG emissions reduction progress across projects. Support the Marketing and Strategy teams by coordinating the development of communication tools and collateral that highlight Sustainability and Business Acceleration initiatives. Engage in content creation for social media accounts, organize cross-platform content strategies, and monitor trends to enhance awareness of Altium’s Sustainability advantages. Collaborate with the Business Acceleration team on strategic projects, with potential to become a team member based on performance and business needs. What does the internship experience look like? At the end of 12 weeks, you will possess a wealth of functional marketing experience to draw upon in your return to school, will fully understand the Altium Packaging business, and will have created tremendous value for the company. You will have spent 12 weeks working closely with experienced marketing professionals. You will gain valuable project management experience, leadership skills, the ability to influence across levels of the organization, presentation skills, public speaking opportunities, work-planning, analytical decision-making processes, developing alternatives to issues, and the ability to apply technical skills learned in school in a professional setting. The skills developed from an Altium Packaging internship will serve you well throughout your academic journey and professional career. Will the internship be paid? You will receive a competitive hourly salary as part of this internship. Am I eligible for an internship? Candidates should be a rising senior enrolled in a related field, strategy, sustainability, marketing, and pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Should have familiarity with social media strategies and platforms. Has the ability to multi-task, take initiative, is hardworking, has strong analytical skills, and has strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. You must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred. A GPA minimum of 3.0 is required. Strong candidates will also exhibit sound leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
