About the position

Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients in the Investments Division.

• Engage face-to-face with clients to explain and sell a broad range of investment products.

• Open and maintain client accounts for both new and existing clients.

• Process customer and broker purchases and sale orders of securities.

• Initiate and confirm client orders while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services in banking, wealth advisory, and insurance divisions.

Requirements
• FINRA registrations (Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 securities licenses, life and health insurance license).

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with speed and accuracy.

• Quickly grasp technical information and work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
