Blattner Energy is hiring operators for solar and storage projects in Arizona. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training preferred. One year of experience is required, and candidates must be willing to travel or relocate. The role offers benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. Blattner Energy is hiring for a variety of operators such as Skid steer, Roller, Motor grader, Tellehandler, Dozer and more.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year certificate/diploma from a technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel or relocate for the duration of the project.
• All offers contingent on a physical and drug/alcohol screening.
