Job Description

BTCV (British Trust for Conservation Volunteers) is seeking volunteers for the Big Tree Plant campaign, which aims to plant a million trees in the UK. The role involves engaging local communities in tree planting and care. BTCV has successfully planted 100,000 trees despite winter delays. The job is full-time and does not require a degree.
Well done to our amazing volunteers who have planted a staggering 100,000 new trees. Groups of BTCV volunteers have been taking part in the Big Tree Plant, a government campaign to plant a million trees and bring together local communities to get more people involved in planting and caring for trees. BTCV has been helping to deliver the campaign across England over the past few months and has successfully met its target, despite delays due to the harsh winter. Our volunteers have been busy planting trees at community spaces, schools and woodlands. BTCV’s network of community groups also helped out.
