Responsibilities
• Serve as the Senior Information Service Representative and point of customer interface at the Call Center.

• Handle complicated customer calls and inquiries.

• Generate and mail forms to customers for service applications.

• Research information using specialized databases.

• Maintain accurate call tracking information through the database.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.

• 24 months experience in a call center or front line customer service.

• Proficient in using a computer and telephone.

• Detail-oriented for accuracy of data and information.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

• Ability to build rapport with callers.

• General office skills such as multi-line phone, copying, filing, faxing, and mail handling.
