About the Role

We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Energy Savings Eligibility Specialists. Your role will be to identify and prequalify homeowners who can save money on their electricity bills through our zero-out-of-pocket solar energy program—the same program used by Costco and backed by state and federal incentives.

What You’ll Do:
• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to identify homes that qualify for our energy savings program
• Educate homeowners about how they can lower their power bill with zero upfront cost
• Gather basic information and set up appointments for homeowners to speak with a specialist
• Work Monday - Friday, 5 hours per day (flexible afternoon/evening shifts)
• Earn a competitive hourly rate ($20/hr) plus commission for every qualified homeowner

What We’re Looking For:
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable talking to homeowners in person (door-to-door)
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door roles is a plus (but not required)
