Clean-Tech Company is hiring custodians for full-time and part-time positions, paying $16.00/hr. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facilities. Summary/Objective

The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and Visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
2. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
3. Empties trash.
4. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing Walkways.
5. Maintains landscape: waters, cuts, and trims shrubs and grass.
6. Cleans and polishes fixtures.
7. Removes recycling materials.
8. Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
9. Cleans windows.
10. Dust and vacuums furniture.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts & vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift-and move items over 50 pounds.
