In this critical role, you will lead the development of sustainable packaging solutions using eco-friendly materials.
The Job Description:

As a key member of our packaging team, you will work closely with our research and technical advisors to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet customer requirements.
The Key Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, developing, and specifying components that meet customer briefs and cost targets.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the process, identifying risks, and offering mitigating actions.
• Applying knowledge of packaging materials, component manufacture, and print.

About the Job:
• Liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met and delivered on time.
• Assessing current packaging production processes to identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills Required:
• Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in Product Development or a similar role.
• Experience with basic HACCP principles.
• Experience working with Bagasse-based materials within the packaging Industry.
• Strong networking skills, particularly with technical colleagues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate complex engineering and design principles to people at all levels of the business.
