Loraas is seeking a Sorter in Kindersley, SK, for their waste transfer and recycling services. The role involves pre-sorting, quality control, and maintenance in a recycling plant, as well as driving and operating equipment. Candidates must be physically fit, hold a Class 5 Driver’s license, and be safety conscious. Duties:
• Pre-sort, quality control sorting, and sort station maintenance in a state-of-the-art automated materials recovery/recycling plant.
• Sorting and baling of various recyclable materials.
• General housekeeping duties related to the warehouse and yard.
• Driving a 1-ton truck to deliver/pick up bins and carts.
• Operating a skid steer and forklift as needed.
• Daily maintenance of baling, sorting and belt-line equipment.

Qualifications:
• Must be physically fit.
• Class 5 Driver’s license.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Safety conscious.
• Motivated and productive.
• Mechanical aptitude/maintenance experience an asset.
• A criminal record check will be required.
