Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) Senior Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role encompasses two primary responsibilities - serving as the PACS lead for our Singapore business, as well as co-leading and executing assigned strategic regional PACS projects in ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) region.

Key Responsibilities

Local Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., bottlers, trade and industry associations, public affairs, and communications agencies) to develop and execute Singapore’s PACS strategy and stakeholder engagement plan.
• Advocate for legislation and regulations to support our business and industry needs in Singapore.
• Manage the Incident and Crisis Management process for Singapore in close collaboration with bottlers and Technical and Supply Chain teams.
• Cultivate and manage key stakeholder relationships, including government ministries, agencies, industry & trade associations, think tanks, and media.
• Oversee and manage routines, reporting, and performance metrics for Singapore’s PACS plans, budget, and business success metrics.
• Develop and implement Singapore PACS’ communications strategy to support business and corporate goals
• Enhance our corporate reputation through stakeholder and media engagements, community affairs and sustainability activities.

Regional Responsibilities:
• Co-develop strategies and execute work plans for assigned strategic regional PACS projects to support our business and PACS priorities.
• Engage key regional stakeholders based in Singapore and other ASP countries, including government ministries, agencies, embassies, regional trade and industry associations, think tanks, and academics.
• Enhance the company's reputation and relationships with key regional government, industry and trade organizations and stakeholders to address business issues and opportunities.
• Actively monitor and proactively engage on policies and regulations impacting food & beverage, taxation, labelling, marketing, waste management, energy, environment, and sustainability.
• Regional travel will be required to support the execution of strategic regional PACS projects.

Experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree in a relevant disciple (e.g. public affairs, communications, public policy and/or sustainability) would be preferred.
• Work experience preferred:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in public and/or private sector.
• Experience in a matrix organization with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing national and regional stakeholder plans, fostering stakeholder networks, and strengthening relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to drive tangible business outcomes.
• Capable of managing challenging regulatory scenarios and business crises calmly and effectively.
