Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Solar Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a supportive, team-driven environment. As a Residential Solar Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners to generate interest in solar energy solutions by going door to door and securing appointments for further discussions. While experience in sales is a plus, no prior experience is required—just the drive and determination to succeed in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce them to the benefits of solar energy.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for solar consultations.
• Build rapport with homeowners to effectively communicate the advantages of going solar.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay motivated to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Compensation:
This is an uncapped commission-based position that includes an hourly pay (no more knocking on doors for free!!).
