Change Management Consultant

Eliassen Group is seeking a Change Management Consultant in Raleigh, NC, to design and implement change management strategies. Responsibilities include managing change analysis, facilitating meetings, and executing project plans. Applicants must work a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite weekly in specified locations. The role requires strong change management skills and offers a competitive hourly rate of $55-$65 on a W2 basis, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Our industry-leading client is looking for a Change Management Consultant to help with design, development, and implementation of the change management/communications strategies across all impacted stakeholder groups. In this role you will be responsible for managing all relevant aspects of cross-functional change analysis and documentation and facilitating team meetings.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55-$65 hourly W2

Duration: 24+ month Contract

Responsibilities

· Strong Change Management background that has worked in fast pace, deadline driven environment

· Creating and executing project plans for all change management team deliverables, including but not restricted to business readiness, training, communications, and sustainability

· Responsible for working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite a week (Can be located in Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa or Cincinnati)

· Strong ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and generate solutions

Experience Requirements

· Strong ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and influence at all levels in the organization

· Strong Change Management skills including stakeholder analysis, training strategy, and communication planning

· Can work a hybrid schedule (Can be located in Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa OR Cincinnati)

· Excellent communications, writing and editing skills

· Prosci Certification

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
