Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of global field servicing and remote fleet monitoring, ensuring that services are delivered to clients on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in terms of resource utilization and growth strategy.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to develop strategy for new Products roll-out and ensure Service readiness.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the services operations team.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of service delivery professionals.
  • Define KPIs, understand performance against these metrics, and be able to synthesize and simplify data to present to executives on short notice.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Demonstrated track record in service delivery and operations management. Significant experience in a global, multi-site distributed power generation environment is required.
  • Successful track record managing service delivery operations, optimizing processes, and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong attention to driving down Service cost while delivering high quality service.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in setting up Global Service teams and partners for Service delivery.

  • Comfortable initiating productive discussions in an environment with competing points of view.
  • Must be self-motivated with high energy level and a strong worth ethic.

  • Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Inspires and engages leadership; comfortable with walking into team areas and engaging directly with all team members.
  • Travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally

Education / Certifications

Undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical discipline (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or Operations Research. Relevant practical experience will supersede a specific academic qualification.

Salary Ranges:

$280,000.00 - $370,000.00
