Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager (m/w/d) Offshore Wind to ensure the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as structural components of offshore and onshore HG grid connection systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the responsible person and main contact for internal and external service personnel
- Management of assigned service teams
- Planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance, inspection, and repair work for primary, secondary, and auxiliary systems, as well as the construction structure of HG grid connection systems
- Participation in campaign debriefings with the customer
- Coordination and supervision of work safety
- Documentation creation, certification documentation, and reports
- Participation in project meetings, including at the Hamburg site
Your Profile:
- Degree in a technical or nautical field, preferably in Offshore Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Ship/Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Several years of experience in maintenance and repair of relevant systems
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary maintenance personnel and subcontractors
- Knowledge of relevant class regulations, technical standards, and legal inspection requirements
- Proficient in German and English (Level B1)
- Team player with leadership qualities and strong organizational skills
Required Certificates:
- HUET including CA-EBS, GWO, BOSIET, or equivalent
- Sea Survival, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, First Aid, Fire Awareness
- Electrical Safety Trained Personnel (EuP)
- Offshore Medical Fitness (AWMF S1)
- Boat Landing Crew Transfer
