Job Opening: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP) a plus
