We are looking for YOU as a Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) on a Minijob basis for our shop at the Munich central bus station (ZOB).

Your Tasks

• Assist customers and passengers in our shop at the ZOB Munich Hackerbrücke
• Sell tickets and provide friendly and competent information about our services
• Ensure smooth operations before the departure of our buses
• Actively coordinate our passengers and assist with checking in
• Distribute flyers and magazines to the FlixBuses
• Create an optimal customer experience

Your Profile

• Friendly, reliable, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Maintain a clear head even in stressful situations
• Proficient in PC, internet, and email communication
• Very good German skills, basic English skills, and a well-groomed appearance
• Experience working in retail, at the airport, in travel, or generally with customers is a plus
• Flexible availability around our business hours, with a one-month advance schedule
