**Program Manager HGS for INTEC Site**

**Location**: Butte County, ID **Employment Type**: Full Time **Job Level**: Manager/Supervisor

Holtec International, a global leader in supplying equipment and services for the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, and Fossil Power Generation sectors, is seeking a Program Manager for Spent Nuclear Fuel (SNF) Projects at the Idaho INTEC Site under Holtec Government Services (HGS).

**Principal Duties**:

  • Manage overall cost, schedule, technical, and quality of projects at the INTEC Site
  • Oversee SNF-related construction and transfer operations
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government contract requirements
  • Develop project estimates and proposals
  • Manage client relationships and procurement process

**Basic Qualifications**:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Twenty plus years of Project Management experience in DOE Nuclear or EPC projects
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant DOE orders and nuclear safety management requirements
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling software

**Desired Skills**:

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
  • Knowledge of contract compliance standards

**Physical Requirements**:

  • Ability to travel and access various work locations
  • Adherence to safety standards
