BWXT Canada's subsidiary, BWXT Medical Ltd, provides customers worldwide with medical isotopes and radiopharmaceuticals.

We are currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. As a team member, you will create outstanding value for our customers by producing quality products under tight deadlines.

**JOB PURPOSE** Responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned customer portfolios at a senior level. This includes ensuring on-time delivery, meeting budgets, building customer relationships, and handling contractual matters from Project Launch to Closeout.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

• Interact with senior level customer representatives and provide reporting and presentations as required
• Lead in the preparation of estimates, schedules, and proposals
• Coordinate customer negotiations
• Set initial schedule baselines, ensure schedule integrity, and quality
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Lead large quote proposal opportunities
• Advise internal departments on project objectives and resources
• Support project status reporting and monitoring
• Participate in producing cost or schedule recovery plans
• Manage the program's budget, scope, and schedule
• Collaborate with customers to understand program requirements
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**

• Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8 to 10 years of Project Management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
• Experience with MS Project or P6 is beneficial
• Nuclear industry experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
• Ability to focus on details and manage priorities

Please note this is not a remote position. On-site attendance at our Oakville facility is required.
