The Role

We are a residential home building technology company looking for skilled and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work with experienced assemblers on various metal frame sheathing and fastening tasks within our manufacturing facility. Production Associates are essential in supporting high-quality product production and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is a versatile individual comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you are organized, methodical, and have a proven track record in assembly work, we look forward to meeting you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling building components for residential construction in a fabrication environment
• Help in the assembly and installation of steel and composite components into structures
• Prepare, handle, and move materials and tools to ensure availability on the production line
• Operate and maintain power tools such as drills, sanders, and cutters
• Cut, shape, and trim materials according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues
