About the Job

The Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst will analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that will drive our marketing strategies forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, marketing analytics, and the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.

What you’ll be doing

• Utilize AI platforms such as Gemini or equivalent platforms like Tableau AI for data mining and analysis.
• Develop forecasting models using data from various disparate sources, leveraging SQL queries, SAS, Excel, and Python.
• Collaborate with program managers, business unit managers (including Operations, Sales, Legal, and Financial), and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Clean, transform, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and AI.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, statistics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience analyzing data for business decisions.
• Proven experience working with AI platforms such as Gemini or equivalent (e.g., Tableau AI) for data mining and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, SAS, Excel, and Python for building forecasting models and performing data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
