**Position Purpose:** This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Senior Manager Development. The role requires an individual who can independently manage internal resources and consultant teams to advance complex projects from greenfield prospecting to construction-ready status in support of Key Capture Energy's objectives. Travel is required to project locations to meet with landowners, permitting officials, and local authorities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Land Acquisition:** Coordinate land managers and conduct land acquisition duties, including identifying sites, researching ownership, contacting landowners, and preparing necessary paperwork.
• **Permitting:** Research permits, coordinate with consultants, submit applications, and represent Key Capture at hearings.
• **Public Relations:** Assess project needs, draft, and execute public relations activities.
• **Electrical Interconnection:** Coordinate with consultants and utilities, file applications, and advance projects.
• **Project Management:** Budgeting, forecasting, and managing project progress.
• **Resource Management:** Coordinate team members, consultants, and lawyers.
• **Internal Coordination:** Interface with various departments to define and mitigate project risks.

**Work Experience Requirements:**

• Minimum of 2 years of development experience within ISO NE region.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
• Project management skills using software such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Experience with GIS software, land acquisition, and permitting processes.
• Knowledge of grid-scale batteries, renewable energy, energy markets, and electrical engineering.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
