Job Description

Position: Product Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies in line with company goals.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product releases.
• Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to optimize product features.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
