Associate Sales Representative - Atlanta, GA - Sustainability Solutions

The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Patient Care franchise with customers in the field. Working closely with the Area Manager and Service counterparts, the ASR will develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing growth and retention of the Patient Care franchise, supporting sales processes, and promoting best practices to drive growth in collections. The ASR will act as a subject matter expert on assessments, serve as a single point of contact for regional teams, and support customer-facing interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with divisional teams, Sales Reps, Regional Managers, and others
  • Educate hospital stakeholders on the benefits of SSS products and services
  • Conduct in-service education on new programs, changes, and updates
  • Analyze customer device usage to maximize participation in reprocessing program
  • Assist with planning and execution of territory business plan
  • Identify and coordinate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy to grow collections within Patient Care
  • Monitor performance levels and evaluate results to target new business
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service to optimize contract execution
  • Act as a single point of contact for Patient Care growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement for product and portfolio understanding
  • Adhere to corporate policies and guidelines in customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous selling or sales support experience preferred
  • Experience in the hospital-based landscape and culture preferred
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
