In Agile Delivery, we focus on knowledge sharing and maturing the organization in line with best design practices and agile principles. You'll be based in Warsaw with your teams collectively distributed across three continents. Welcome to PL Agile 2 Competency Centre!

You'll be part of EC Solution Train Construction ART where you, together with your colleagues, will play a crucial role in elevating one of our core applications that is business critical. Your responsibilities include supporting other applications that have strong connections to our core application and assisting specialists through the wind farm scoping, planning, and construction phases.

As a team, we value curiosity and open communication. You'll play an important role in acting as the voice of the user in the team, conducting user research, supporting good product management, and collaborating closely with your agile team.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • UI/UX development experience in digital products
  • Experience in working on user experience
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Agile mindset and experience
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in UX and design
