We are looking for a Senior Manager Investor Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations, financial analysis, and communication skills. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and transparency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an investor relations strategy
• Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for investors
• Coordinate investor meetings and events
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Communicate financial results and company strategy to investors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in investor relations or financial analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Knowledge of SEC regulations and financial reporting requirements
