Job Description
In charge of South Africa &SADC Market
• Propose Astronergy product brand & make great influence through dynamic approaches.
• Assist team leader with all operational mainly client-related matters in assigned regions.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
• Actively generate sales leads in the assigned territory/with assigned clients, develop new business, and identify areas of improvement
• Implement Astronergy`s sales plan and achieve revenue targets
• Within established parameters, prepare quotations and negotiate sales contracts with the assigned customer base and potential new customers
• Work closely and communicate effectively with different Departments of Astronergy in both headquarters in China and other Overseas entities
• Represent Astronergy at trade fairs and conferences
• Analyze market competitor info and stay update with technical and financial market requirements
• Maintain sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Prepare reports on account status
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns together with our clients
Qualification Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar sales and marketing function
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at utilities, IPPs, EPCs, project developers, and financing institutions
• Proficient in utilizing channel sales resources, having personal or customer resources is preferred, and candidates with experience in photovoltaic modules, inverters, and power plants are preferred. Experience in project sales, channel sales, and key account sales is preferred
• Solid experience with MS Office and CRM
• Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and native languages.
• The role will be home-based. Domestic or cross-regional travelling may require.

Our main selling product is the photovoltaic solar panel. this job aims to develop the West Africa market based on existing customer groups and introduce new key clients and sell our PV modules accordingly. The idealistic incubants are supposed to have the least basic marketing insight into the global PV/Solar Modules.
