**Responsibilities:**

• Independently manage and control the entire recruitment process from personnel search to onboarding new employees
• Active candidate sourcing through social media, career portals, and networks
• Organize and accompany job fairs and recruiting events
• Build sustainable relationships with applicants, shape a positive candidate experience, and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Design, organize, and conduct interviews and assessment centers
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, develop target group-specific recruiting strategies, and conceptualize innovative personnel marketing measures

**Requirements:**

• Degree or vocational training in business with several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of common tools and practices in personnel selection, especially in active sourcing
• Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, assertive, and service-oriented work approach
• Flexible availability and willingness to travel (Driver's license Class 3 or B)
