Program Manager

主要工作内容及职责 Main Responsibilities:

1. 依据北美大储业务规划，规划业务架构，负责流程架构的目标与方向，以及实施路标规划，主导业务架构设计。Planning business architecture based on the NA ESS business plan, responsible for the goals and direction of the process architecture, as well as the implementation of the roadmap planning, leading the design of the business architecture.

2. 负责完善业务流程体系（Leads to Cash流程为主），进行整体业务架构设计，识别业务改进点，负责业务架构相关工作的统筹管理。Responsible for improving the business process system (Leads to Cash process is the main focus), designing the overall business architecture, identifying business improvement points, and coordinating and managing the work related to business architecture.

3. 负责业务流程设计和优化，确定业务边界，协调跨部门沟通，推动业务流程落地。Responsible for business process design and optimization, defining business boundaries, coordinating cross-departmental communication, and driving business processes to the ground.

4. 推动信息化系统的落地工作，通过信息化技术服务来促进管理效率提升，为业务提供服务与赋能。Promote the landing work of information technology system, promote management efficiency improvement through information technology services, and provide services and empowerment for business.

任职资格条件及技能要求 Position Requirements:

1. 本科以上学历，有3年以上的业务架构规划设计管理经验，有相关销售业务流程数字化以及客户及商机管理系统落地的经验为佳。Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in business architecture planning and design management, relevant experience in sales business process digitization as well as customer and business opportunity management system implementation is a plus.

2. 熟悉TOGAF企业架构知识和设计方法。Knowledge of TOGAF enterprise architecture and design methodologies.

3. 具备优秀的文档能力及架构思想，清晰明了地表达架构意图，能够熟练组织编写各类解决方案文档。Possess excellent documentation skills and architectural thinking, clearly express architectural intent, and be able to skillfully organize and write all kinds of solution documents.

4. 具备优秀的沟通表达能力和组织协调能力，善于发现问题和解决问题，主动积极，团队意识强，抗压能力强，有激情，勇于接受挑战，善于开拓创新。Excellent communication and expression skills and organizational and coordination skills, good at identifying problems and solving problems, proactive, strong sense of teamwork, strong resistance to pressure, passionate, willing to accept challenges, good at pioneering and innovative.

5. 良好的英语阅读与沟通能力。Good English reading and communication skills.

6. 精通各类流程管理工具以及MS OFFICE文档能力。Proficient in various process management tools as well as MS OFFICE documentation skills.
