Job Title: Product Manager D.A.CH/EU

Reportsto: Director of products EU / UK ( Roof division )

Location: Hamburg, Germany, Remote

General Description:

Take the lead in the solar roof-top product promotion and technical support for Clenergy’s D.A.CH and EU operation. Be responsible for promoting Clenergy’s products, solutions and services. Manage the products offered to the local market, assist the sales staff in acquiring new customers and manage the relationships and maintenance of regional Key clients. Responsible for the product life cycle management, sales support and operational support. Work with marketing, finance, technical and support staff to achieve the Company’s targets.

Main Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Be a main point of contact for the DACH Regions for product management of the PV ez Rack range of products (Roof -Top).

• To conduct product training for webinars in German / English and attend customer / client meetings as may be necessary to present Clenergy products / solutions in a professional manner.

• Support the Product Director, when necessary, with the application for specific certification or testing at external agencies / test institutes ( DIBT, ABZ , TUV, ETA / IFI ).

• Report back to Product Director ideas for Product improvement, related to DACH Construction of commercial / residential roofs.

• Work as part of the EU Technical team and support colleagues with specific German language / customers related requests.

• To have deep understanding of customer requirements and provide technical solutions / designs as may be necessary with the company ez design + design tool.

• Support the solutions engineer with any application and translation requests with third party structural assessment companies.

• Accomplish tasks assigned by management and the company in a timely manner and work to deadlines.

  Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical/ Civil/ Structure Engineering or equivalent experience

• A minimum of 3 years PV Rooftop structure product experiences in Europe;

• Familiar with PV mounting systems structures of main competitors in the D.A.CH and European market.

• Familiar with German and European requirements regarding the norms, standards and certifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

• Fluency in German and English, other languages will be advantages

• Motivated, high energy, good with people and comfortable with group presentations;

• Comfortable in working in a multinational environment;

• Coordination skill, problem solving skills, hard-working;

• Upcountry/ Overseas trips may be required for training and meetings.
