Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today, we are a team of more than 500 people, and our award-winning technology is being deployed across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients include some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
As an Operations Manager at Einride you will work with a specific customer in the Austrian region and you will manage the fleet of electrical trucks. You'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero emissions.### Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for the daily contact with the customer. You are the single point of contact handling all operational aspects of the electrical fleet and issues that may appear, and solve this with quality and pace ensuring best possible customer experience
  • Manage carrier relationship
  • Maintain and meet the agreed KPIs
  • PnL monitoring and account development
  • Collaborate and knowledge share with the team, to ensure we always deliver best in class customer experience

Qualifications

  • 5 + years of experience working within transport management/supply chain/logistics/warehousing
  • A University degree within a relevant are, or equivalent experience/education
  • Knowledge and experience of carriers in Austria
  • Worked in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the forwarding business and/or production environment
  • Technical affinity
  • Strong collaborator
  • Strong service and solution oriented mindset
  • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
  • Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is of merit This position is based in Austria. We recommend you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.
