**YOUR TASKS**

• Take responsibility for local daily operations and lead the team on-site.
• Monitor performance KPIs, optimize existing processes, and find solutions for a smooth operation in your region.
• Coordinate all tasks related to your warehouse, such as fleet, personnel, and battery management.
• Take responsibility for your teams, their shift planning, and compliance with legal requirements, e.g., in hazardous goods transportation.
• Build sustainable relationships with representatives of your cities.
• Actively participate in recruiting and thus build your own teams.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

• Have relevant work experience in operations, mobility, or logistics.
• Experienced in team leadership and ideally have already coordinated shift schedules.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively and a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Analytical, enjoy optimizing processes.
• Highly organized and willing to be hands-on.
