Job Description

**Summary**

This role sits at the front desk to greet employees and visitors and assist with daily operations. This position supports the Denver office and is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

**Requirements**

  • Direct office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform Office Administration duties including vendor management, safety procedure compliance, and ordering of office supplies.
  • Analyze all incoming facility invoices to verify accurate pricing.
  • Process all incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain all office equipment including copiers and mail postage machine.
  • Research new vendors and maintain facilities.
  • Act as a liaison with the building management company on building issues.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Corporate FedEx account, parking, and RTD EcoPass.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Answer main phone line and greet all visitors.

**Additional Responsibilities**

  • Support a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Assist Facilities Manager with daily operations and special projects.
  • Follow safety and security procedures.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Customer service skills and teamwork.

**Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of related experience required.

**Compensation**

Anticipated base salary range: $20.67 - $24.52. Final compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
