Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Legal will play a pivotal role in providing strategic legal counsel to guide decision-making processes across various facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments on a diverse range of legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a spectrum of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, encompassing commercial contracts, vendor agreements, employment contracts, and corporate governance documents.
• Remain abreast of evolving laws and regulations pertinent to the company's operations and offer insights on compliance requirements.

Qualifications required:

• J.D. degree, New York Bar membership, and 7+ years of legal experience.

This position is based in New York, necessitating local residency or a willingness to relocate.
