HR Case Advisor
**The Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Case Advisor to work with our team of HR Business Partners providing proactive employee relations case support. We will value your existing skills and experience while providing the opportunity for an individual with an agile approach and mindset to develop your career.
As part of your proactive advisory role, you will spot trends and make recommendations to HR Business Partners. You will proactively drive interventions with people managers to address identified people issues across the business. You will liaise with external agencies functions such as legal and local union representatives regarding the people issues related to procedures and policies and to ensure that people managers work within the defined policy and procedures. You will feed back on processes, procedures, continuous improvement, and lessons learned to the Nuclear Operations HR Team in order to improve our delivery of stakeholder support. You will share knowledge with the team on individual case management to ensure best practice is developed and used. This is a part-time position (22.2hrs per week) based at our Sizewell B station.

**What you will be doing:**
- Providing proactive professional HR Advice and guidance that meets or exceeds defined service levels.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business, including Trade Union representatives.
- Assisting managers in organizing informal and formal case meetings, providing information and HR advice from initiation to resolution.
- Collaborating with managers to collate required documentation for hearings and prepare relevant outcome documentation.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and suggesting improvements.
- Embracing technology to track progress and maintain accurate case records.
- Discussing appropriate action with the HR Business Partner Team and/or Employee Relations team for cases with increased risk.
- Briefing the HR team on case statuses and approaches taken.
- Providing valuable feedback and insight from case work to support development and growth.
**Who you are:**
- Previous experience working in an HR role advising on the management of employment cases.
- Strong collaborator, self-motivated, and able to work well within teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
- A can-do attitude with a passion for learning.
- Creative, energetic, and able to challenge the status quo.
- Able to operate effectively within a wider HR function.
