For our heat pump installation team, we are looking for skilled craftsmen to start at the earliest possible time. Start now as a heat pump master and further your career at Octopus Energy.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of our SHK installation team.
• You have technical responsibility for the construction sites and ensure installation quality within the specified technical framework for our customers.
• You ensure the expansion of our powerful installation organization that puts our customers at the center of our actions.
• You actively contribute to creating a positive customer experience through complete site acceptance.
• You work closely with our planning department for the deployment of your installation teams.

Your background:

• You have completed further training as a heating master, technician in SHK, or equivalent.
• Ideally, you have several years of installation experience.
• Your leadership style is characterized by a clear and fair approach to employees.
• Social competence, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a high level of communication strength are your strengths.
• Customer love, achieved through consistently excellent performance and a high quality understanding, is your top priority.
• You have a class B driver's license.
