Praan Inc is seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Founder's Office Generalist. In this role, you will work directly with the company's founder to support various activities and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the founder with day-to-day tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the founder
• Conduct research and provide recommendations on various business and operational matters
• Coordinate and plan company events, including team-building activities and company retreats
• Assist with onboarding new employees and providing general administrative support
• Help manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Support the founder with special projects and initiatives as needed

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
