**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to develop our global quality and compliance strategy. The Director of Quality Compliance will have the critical role of ensuring compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements across key areas, including strategic business programs, manufacturing, health and safety, accreditations, and financial systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Develop quality policies and SOPs for compliance with regulatory filings and global regulations.
• Provide leadership to stakeholders to ensure global product compliance requirements are met.
• Lead measures for continuous improvement across key business operations to enhance quality and compliance.
• Establish strategic direction for quality management and compliance programs across the company and for partners worldwide.
• Address deficiencies through management action plans and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Proactively identify and alert senior management of quality and compliance risks.
• Guide product development activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards.
• Lead initiatives for continuous development and training of teams.
• Build and lead a team.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

• Extensive experience in international quality and compliance program development and implementation.
• Strong relationship-building skills for collaborative compliance activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math, or equivalent.
• 10-15 years related experience in industrial manufacturing, consumer products quality, or consulting roles.
