Job Description
- Keep Site QMD head and SPD informed on all matters that may be of importance to the company including project’s current performance and progress.
- Implement quality processes and procedures laid down by Central Quality and also in line with relevant national, international standards and codes for the project.
- Take a lead role in guiding Electrical quality team of major construction activity at site.
- Responsible to supervise and monitor Project Quality, Evaluate performance of site quality teams and report to Site QMD Head and SPD.
- Prepare regular and periodic quality reports, update progress and advice quality improvement in time and cost control mechanism for the project.
- Maintain all the reporting requirements to all the stakeholders for timely decision making.
- Perform daily site visits and organize & conduct meetings with all relevant stakeholders as required.
- Assist Site QMD Head in decision making, any changes required in the laid down quality processes and procedures for all electrical related matters.
- Prepare and maintain the relevant quality documentation for payments to the Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants.
- Other duties as assigned by Site QMD Head and SPD
- Good liaising skills with various stake holders.
