Position Overview:

• **Reports To:** Facility Supervisor
• **Location:** Mesquite, TX

Job Summary:

The CMMS Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer the CMMS software system, ensuring accurate data entry and updates
• Develop and implement CMMS procedures and protocols to streamline maintenance processes
• Analyze CMMS data to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance operations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule based on equipment specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and calibrations
• Follow up on repairs, maintain compliance with ISO requirements, and document for the department

Qualifications and Experience:

• Technical degree or bachelor's degree a plus
• Proven experience in CMMS administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge in CMMS software and Microsoft applications
