**Job Description:**

As part of the Business Development team in the Grid Operations sector, you will be responsible for implementing important projects for the Leadership Team and working closely with the Director of Grid Operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving projects independently on topics such as operational process excellence and strategic development.
• Identifying analytical points for optimization and developing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders from all departments.
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring cross-departmental projects and measures while defining and tracking KPIs for various departmental areas.
• Executing ad hoc projects in close collaboration with operational teams.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a dynamic business environment such as startups or consulting.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented with a balanced approach between conception and implementation.
• Experience in leading larger workstreams or projects independently.
• Interest in corporate development, willingness to learn, goal-oriented, high quality standards, and a motivating Can-Do mentality.
