SCS Global Services is currently looking for self-employed qualified and approved GLOBALG A P IFA Fruits Vegetables versions 5 and 6 Auditors to join our team in the following areas:

• Cote d'Ivoire

Job Overview

The Food Safety auditor is responsible for conducting audits on farms and facilities in accordance with both the audit scheme and SCS protocol. Auditors travel to client sites, perform inspections, determine compliance, review corrective actions, and submit their audit reports for review and certification. This is a contract position in Cote d'Ivoire.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• **Audit Coordination:** Schedule and confirm audit date with client, prepare and send client audit plan, book travel, hotel, and transportation.
• **Audit Services:** Conduct audits, maintain client relationships, submit accurate audit reports.
• **Program Quality and Compliance:** Attend trainings, maintain qualification, and knowledge of regulations. Prepare clients for audit process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Familiarity with third-party certification process
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and GLOBALG A P Auditing Online Hub systems
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, verbal and written fluency in French and English
• Authorized to work within Cote d'Ivoire
• Approved for GLOBAL G A P IFA Fruits and Vegetables v5 and v6

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years industry experience related to fresh produce
• Training in inspection, HACCP, lead auditor, and food hygiene
• Plant protection, fertilizer, and IPM training

Working Remotely

This role will be based out of your home office.
