JOB DESCRIPTION

Production manager to organize and oversee the repair & rework of Battery pack line to meeting production targets by making decision on-time and problem-solving will take up a great part. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive rework process that meets Our daily target.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics, and having experience of 10 -12 years in the Li-Ion Battery Repair Lab, Field Services, Battery production, Industry - Automotive, electronics consumer goods, Battery production and Battery Services.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completed production planning as per demand.
• Strong disciplinary control over team using good conflict and man management skills.
• Maintain the IATF Production documents as per the IATF standards.
• EV battery trouble shooting & analysis skill.
• Knowledge on ERP process & hands on experience.
• Should be able to take any projects assigned by management.
• Maintain Monthly report and publishing to stakeholder.
• Ensure accident-free environment by complying with EHS requirements.
• Budget preparation for Rework and repair plan and new projects.
• Overseeing Field failure related tasks including planning, procurement, control & trouble shooting for achieving the planned periodicQ schedules.
• Lean manufacturing techniques and tools implementation.
• Enhancing product quality through process up-gradation& low-cost automation with thrust on reducing the final product cost.
• Interacting with the Quality Department for detection of potential deficiencies and implementing corrective actions. Maintaining Quality Systems and Process Control Records.
• Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques.
• Use Technical Knowledge on solving problems on spot by using QC tools and techniques.
• Communicates with and assists other Field operation and manufacturing departments as needed.
• Analyse budgets and continuously control rework costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
• Good people management skills and management of staff.
• Being able to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and be very detail oriented.
