Enviva is seeking an organized and professional **Administrative Assistant** to support the Chief Sustainability Officer, as well as the Chief Commercial Officer and President.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and conference calls.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Report expenses, prepare, review, and edit documents.
  • Create, track, and maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Assist with special projects, research projects, and event planning.
  • Act as gatekeeper for executive calendars.
  • Partner with administrative team for additional coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills (Outlook, MS Office Suite, video conferencing platforms, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily computer-based work.
  • May include standing, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs.

Travel:

  • No Travel Required
