POSITION SUMMARY

As Junior Product Manager you are a key member of the LikeMeat DACH Innovation team, actively supporting the conception, development and introduction of innovations - from processing the final recipe to packaging design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conception, development and introduction of innovations
  • Independent control of relaunches of existing products, from initiating changes to adapting documents to planning the launch date
  • Supervision of private label projects
  • Carrying out market analyses to prepare competitive overviews, organizing and conducting tastings as well as detailed documentation of the results to gain insights into market trends and product qualities
  • Analysis and documentation of information about products on various platforms
  • Supervising the updates of our packaging design and artwork adaptation
  • Actively support projects affecting different departments to ensure smooth collaboration and implementation of product strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Enthusiasm paired with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, openness and initiative attitude
  • Energetic team player with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • A passion for transforming the global food system into a sustainable one
  • Willingness to travel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • First experience in a product or brand management environment, ideally in a branded goods company
  • University Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially sound knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of English
